Discovery calls and scheduling

Discovery calls are complimentary conversations to determine fit and do not create a client relationship. A client relationship is formed only upon execution of a written engagement agreement.

Payments and refunds

Fees for services or paid resources are described at the point of purchase or in the applicable engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, digital resources and completed services are non-refundable. All payments are processed by third-party providers subject to their own terms.

Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party sites and tools (for example, scheduling, payment, or analytics). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
